Additional Differentials:

+ Weeknight: +10%

+ Weekend Day: +15%

+ Weekend Night: +30%

** What You'll Do*
* + Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting

+ Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning

+ Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment

+ Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health technicians

+ Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning

+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

** Qualifications*
* + Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

+ Behavioral health, detox, emergency, corrections, medical-surgical, or psychiatric experience welcomed

+ Strong communication and de-escalation skills

+ Passion for helping individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges
