Banner Health seeks an RN to join the Resource Team as an ICU Float, working across Banner Baywood Medical Center and Banner Heart Hospital. The role involves ICU, CVICU, and potential float to Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs units, with opportunities to learn and expand nursing skills.
The position offers Full-time Day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) with an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential; an additional $3/hour float incentive may apply for Float Pool RNs.
