, where you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and enhancing the patient experience every day.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Resource Leader serves as a key clinical expert and operational leader within the unit. In this role, you'll help coordinate and elevate patient care delivery, ensuring it is safe, compassionate, and aligned with best practices across all stages of life. You'll also act as a trusted mentor and resource for nursing and support staff—coaching, developing, and empowering teams to perform at their highest level.

This position blends hands-on clinical leadership with real-time problem-solving, allowing you to make a direct impact on both patient outcomes and team success. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and support a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.56 - $61.30

Qualifications

Education:

Prefer a bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience relevant to the patient populations and/or scope of practice.

Demonstrated leadership ability is a plus.

Certification/Licensure:

Must possess a current, valid AZ RN license, a temporary AZ RN license, or avalid compact RN licensure for the current state of practice.

Must be in good standing with the issuing Board of Nursing.

Requires a BLS card obtained through an American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire.

In addition, certification or continuing education may be required based on the area of practice:

Ambulatory/Specialty Clinics:

Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within ninety (90) days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred.

The ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must.
