Job Description:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patients in the emergency department.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to assess patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in patient education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 24 months ER experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
- Active Arizona RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors.
- Driver's license to verify residency.
