Minimum of 24 months of recent Emergency Room experience License:
Active state license to practice
Certifications:
Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors Must-Have:
- No violations on state license to practice
- Completion of an ER skills checklist in the last 12 months
- Driver's license to verify residency
Description:
Navy scrubs are required. Rotating weekends and holidays are expected. Candidates may be required to float to other facilities based on census and staffing needs. Candidates must be Arizona residents. Candidates are encouraged to be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no time off is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates should clearly indicate all facilities they are willing to work in. All shifts the candidate is willing to work must be specified. All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work in should be listed. Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
Candidates must provide immediate notice if they withdraw or become unavailable. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
