* · Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles, including assignments, utilization, location, and status
· Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, and returns across departments and locations
· Monitor vehicle inventory levels and support planning for vehicle needs based on operational demand
· Ensure vehicle data integrity within inventory management and tracking systems
· Prepare and analyze reports related to vehicle usage, costs, compliance, and inventory trends
· Support compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
· Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners regarding vehicle services, documentation, and records
· Assist with audits and periodic reviews of vehicle inventory and documentation
· Identify process improvements to enhance vehicle tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
· Serve as a point of contact for vehicle-related inquiries within the division
** HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* · Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.
· Ensure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standards.
· Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues.
· Take appropriate corrective action when substandard performance is observed
** Key Qualifications/Requirements*
* · Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
· Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
· Experience with inventory control, data integrity, or operational coordination
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements *
