Responsibilities- Perform specialized procedures with accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document procedures, results, and deviations for traceability.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
- Operate and calibrate specialized equipment and instruments.
- Monitor live metrics and pipeline indicators to meet daily targets.
- Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support on-site safety practices and participate in risk assessments.
- Escalate issues impacting targets or pipeline health to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and present performance updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Manage personal workload to ensure timely completion within set pipelines.
- Demonstrate learning mindset by seeking training and applying new skills.
- Compliance with regulations and internal quality standards at all times.
- Technical proficiency in specialized procedures with precise documentation.
- Accurate recording of procedures, results, and deviations for traceability.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized equipment and instruments.
