• Document procedures, results, and deviations for traceability.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
• Operate and calibrate specialized equipment and instruments.
• Monitor live metrics and pipeline indicators to meet daily targets.
• Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support on-site safety practices and participate in risk assessments.
• Escalate issues impacting targets or pipeline health to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and timelines.
• Prepare and present performance updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Manage personal workload to ensure timely completion within set pipelines.
• Demonstrate learning mindset by seeking training and applying new skills.
