Position SummaryThe QA Supervisor supports and coordinates quality assurance and quality system activities at the Mesa site. This role ensures compliance with ISO, IATF, customer, and internal requirements while supporting audits, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The QA Supervisor works closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams and plays a key role in day‑to‑day quality system support and oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Assist with preparation and support of internal, external, registrar, and customer audits
- Track and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality metrics
- Coordinate document control activities, including procedures, work instructions, and records
- Support quality‑related training, tracking, and documentation
- Serve as a quality system resource for employees and leadership
- Assist with inspection, testing, and quality documentation as needed
- Support investigation and resolution of internal and customer quality issues
- Participate in cross‑functional quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate quality requirements and system updates across departments
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or quality systems roles
- Experience in ISO and/or IATF‑certified environments preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of ISO and IATF standards
- Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret and apply standards, procedures, and customer requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document control systems
