We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and services consistently meet established quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, address quality‑related issues, and enhance overall processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and reinforce a culture where safety and quality are prioritised
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and methodologies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Analyse product or service failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Quality Technicians across incoming, in‑process, and final inspections
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define quality standards and specifications for new products or services
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation
    , including test procedures, inspection reports, and quality manuals
  • Participate in design reviews
    , providing input on manufacturability and quality considerations
  • Deliver training on quality standards, processes, and procedures
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement effective resolution strategies
  • Work with supply chain teams to manage non‑conforming materials and corrective actions
  • Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Professional certification in quality engineering (e.g. CQE) is advantageous
  • Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO standards)
  • Practical experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA, SPC, 8D)
  • Familiarity with metrology and calibration systems
  • Understanding of GD&T standards (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
