Staff Experts, LLC specializes in staffing across various industries and is looking for Quality Assurance Inspectors.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform QA inspections of parts, materials, components, sub‑assemblies, assemblies, tools, and final product configuration using customer blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings, purchase orders, and other applicable sources to observe, measure, record conformity to customer, regulatory, and company specifications.
  • Perform QA inspections of circuit boards, harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic apparatuses.
  • Be able to read drawings, wire codes, component markings for SMT and through‑hole electrical components.
  • Use quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, scales, DVMs, LCR meters, etc.
  • Ensure correct methods, tools and criteria are used for inspection. Evaluate PCB assemblies for solder join acceptability and correct parts placements.
  • Read and interpret schematics, bill of materials, assembly drawings, inspection drawings and comply with all ESD procedures.
  • Assist Production with continuous improvement activities by providing guidance and leadership.
  • Identify and segregate nonconforming material to be properly documented and recorded.
  • Prepare and use standard documentation for reporting inspection data.
  • Record variable inspection data on Detailed Inspection Plans (DIP) for capturing measurement results.
  • Exhibit accuracy in judgment for ascertaining critical components.
  • Use sampling plans to establish product acceptance in line with customer specifications.
  • Verify production and engineering qualification processes for compliance to process methods and procedures.
  • Conduct receiving inspection.
  • Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with all functions, suppliers and customers.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the position as required or assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a 7‑year Background Check (Required).
  • Ability to pass a Drug Test (Required).
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
