Key Responsibilities Manage the bidding and engagement of commercial and residential appraisal assignments Review complex appraisal reports for compliance with professional appraisal standards Order and review environmental site assessments and complete appraisal validations
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Eight to ten years of experience as a commercial real estate appraiser Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License in Texas or other applicable state MAI or AI-GRS Designation preferred Strong understanding of commercial property valuation methodologies
