Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly guest service;
Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals; delegate tasks; follow up; report results to team and other managers;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, promotions executed well, and staff trained in service procedures across Guest Service, Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, food is safe, and food costs are controlled; train kitchen staff on production procedures;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew.
