Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage department responsibilities including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, and that promotions are executed, and that service staff are trained;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, costs controlled, and production procedures trained;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate them
