Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions and maintain a neat uniform appearance.;
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations; greet customers with a smile and maintain urgency.;
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times; ensure food safety and quality.;
Provide regular feedback to the RGM on team member performance and participate in training; handle conflicts constructively.
