As a Service Ambassador
, your main focus will be to live out our service values, maintain your zone, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. You'll embody our commitment to hospitality and serve as the go-to resource for all guest needs.

• Own Your Zone

  Manage multiple tables simultaneously while ensuring each guest receives exceptional service and attention.
• Provide Unreasonable Hospitality
  :
  Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a Positive Guest Experience
  :
  Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their visit.
• Work in Coordination with Runners
  :
  Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery with the help of food runners.
• Timely Ordering & Service
  :
  Ensure all orders are taken and delivered quickly and accurately, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the Team
  :
  Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during each shift.
• Multitask & Stay Organized
  :
  Stay calm and organized while handling a high volume of tables, keeping track of orders and guest needs without missing a beat.
• Up-sell and Recommend
  :
  Be confident in suggesting menu items, specials, and drinks to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Service with a Smile
  :
  Provide exceptional service that leaves guests excited to return, ensuring they are having fun and enjoying their time.

• At least 1-2 years of restaurant server experience (high-volume service is a plus).
• Ability to manage a section with many tables at once, while ensuring each guest’s needs are met.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle guest requests efficiently and with care.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile for the guest.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
