We’re looking for a an energetic person who wants to be a Park Support team member. A Park Support team-member is flexible, all-in-one role that may include takeout, cashiering, morning barista duties, or bar backing—depending on your zone. You’ll ensure that guests are well taken care of, enjoying their time, and able to order and receive food, beverages, and entertainment in a timely and gracious manner.

As a Park Support, your main focus will be to live out our service values, maintain your zone, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. You'll embody our commitment to hospitality and serve as the go-to resource for all guest needs.

• Take Out
  :
  Manage our takeout experience flawlessly
• Cashier and Barista at our Courtside Café
  :
  Take care of our guest in the courtside cafe
• Support Bartenders
  :
  During high volume you will support the bartenders with stocking and organization
• Food and Drink running Support
  : you will assist the Service Support with running food and drinks
• Dining Area Support
  :
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area by clearing dishes and resetting tables quickly.
• Provide Unreasonable Hospitality
  :
  Go above and beyond to anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a Positive Guest Experience
  :
  Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout their visit.
• Multitask & Stay Organized
  :
  Stay calm and organized while handling a high volume of tables, keeping track of orders and guest needs without missing a beat.

• Restaurant, cashier or barista experience is a plus
• Ability to learn different job positions and multitask
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle guest requests efficiently and with care.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile for the guest.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
