Position: HILTON BREAKFAST ATTENDANT

Position Summary

The Part-Time Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining the hotel's complimentary breakfast area to ensure guests enjoy a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast according to Spark by Hilton brand standards.
  • Cook and replenish breakfast items throughout service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, buffet, and dining room.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Refill beverages, condiments, utensils, and other breakfast supplies as needed.
  • Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and sanitize food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Assist with inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Properly store food items and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties in public areas as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Food Handler Certification (if required by state or local regulations).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Typical shifts begin early morning (approximately 5:00–11:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed.
