Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Retail Support Specialist role located on-site in AZ and Utah. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service to retail partners, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Additional tasks include assisting with inventory management, coordinating logistics, and supporting sales processes to enhance retail operations. The Retail Support Specialist will also ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
- Experience in Inventory Management and Logistics to effectively support operational processes.
- Sales Support and Administrative skills to successfully aid in sales processes and day-to-day retail operations.
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills to manage tasks efficiently and handle challenges effectively.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge or experience in retail operations or sales enablement is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
