We are currently looking for the right Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $0.68 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Hourly rate: $15.25 to $18.00 per hour.

• VACATION:
  Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full‑time service. • SICK/PERSONAL:
  Eligible employees receive 8 hours after six months of employment before the first anniversary and 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2‑5), adjusted for state/local requirements. 24 hours after five years.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. A Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. They greet, engage, and interact with customers in a positive, professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. They work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting).
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Employees may be asked to assist a customer outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage buildings.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
