Retail Associate - Part Time

As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our store—welcoming customers, guiding product selections, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This role blends customer service, education, and operational precision to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Evenings and weekends (25–30 hours per week)

• Greet customers upon entering the store with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into our database systems accurately and compliantly to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Complete all sales and job duties in accordance with company SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions quickly and precisely while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Work with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• Manage time and resources efficiently.
• Operate cash register, computer‑based POS system, and cash drawer.
• Clean, stock, and organize the retail store.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all retail store products.
• Collaborate as part of a team to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Previous customer‑service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marijuana products is a bonus.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation.
• Must possess a valid state‑issued  U.S. passport.
• Must have reliable transportation and no scheduling restrictions.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of background checks.

• Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Capability to sit, squat, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for extended periods.
