Our events support team ensures every event in Arizona is polished, professional, and consistent with Mint’s culture of good vibes.

• Support events from the ground up by loading, unloading, and setting up tents, tables, and promotional gear.
• Transport items safely and on time to locations across the Valley.
• Keep all event items clean, organized, and in working order.
• Manage and track event inventory using Google Sheets.
• Perform light warehouse tasks and inventory audits between events.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling—evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Pitch in wherever needed to ensure each event’s success.
• Participate in the cannabis events you help set up for valuable industry experience.

• 1+ year of experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work (preferred).
• Confidence lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, especially Sheets for tracking.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean record, and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• At least 25 years old.
• Eligible to work in cannabis and able to obtain a Facility Agent Card in Arizona.
