Store Marketing Manager

You're the person who can walk into a store and immediately see content.

You know every thrift spot in the Valley. When you try something on, you're already framing the shot. You can start a conversation with a stranger, make them feel like a style icon, and have them tagging you before they leave.

Our Uptown Cheapskate flagship in Tempe/Mesa is now open, and we need someone to take the wheel on everything that drives traffic, builds community, and turns this store into the spot every fashion‑forward local knows about. We need someone to own three things: our social presence, our local partnerships, and the in‑store experience.

You're on the floor, styling looks and pulling customers into content moments, genuinely making their shopping trip something worth posting about. You're creating Reels and Tik Toks that grow an engaged audience. You're pitching sororities, local brands, and campus orgs on activations that bring people through our doors. And you're deciding on floor sets, mannequins, and vibe.

• Deeply knows and understands the ASU market
• Has sorority or chapter experience. You know how to activate a community
• Is a natural with people. You can make a customer feel seen, styled, and ready to post
• Thrifts for fun and wants to elevate it
• Can point to something they've actually built: a following, a partnership, a campaign, a styled space
• Doesn't need to be told what to post or who to call
