Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs;
Collaborate with store team to ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor;
Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder
