Retail Manager - Mens Camo Footwear

Bass Pro Shops -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise one or more Sales Departments including merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, staff selection and development and customer service activities.;
Open and Closes the Store; obtain 'Manager on Duty' responsibilities.;
Maintain planograms as set by the Corporate Office; staff departments with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and selection, coordinate training, prepare/performs appraisals, merit/promotions, schedules, and coaching.;
Resolve customer and associate issues; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.;
Provide a legendary customer experience by assessing needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
