Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Retail Customer Service & Support team. In this onsite role, you will engage directly with customers, provide product and color guidance, process sales transactions, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will support daily retail operations, maintain merchandise displays, manage inventory inquiries, and coordinate with store and sales teams.
