Carz R Us LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based position with high earning potential for driven individuals.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Explain vehicle features and financing options
• Follow dealership policies and procedures
• Make sales lead calls
• Post vehicles on social media platforms
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist with re-organizing vehicles on the lot
• Assist with receiving new incoming vehicles
• Assist with moving cars to and from service location

• Previous auto sales experience preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and results-driven
