Residential Sales Technician

We’re looking to hire a seasoned Residential Sales Technician to meet with homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and present solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and value. This is a commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential, consistent leads, and full benefits.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners
• Assess HVAC system performance, efficiency, and replacement needs
• Present tailored solutions including system replacements, upgrades, and financing options
• Build trust through transparent communication and expert guidance
• Close sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Accurately document proposals and completed sales in Service Titan
• Represent Vessel with professionalism, integrity, and respect in every interaction
