e‑Commerce Sales Associate

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone and in person—to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and guiding customers from phone or internet contact to an in‑store experience is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond promptly to leads and customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate vehicle information and assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles.
• Negotiate terms and payment options to meet customers’ budgets and expectations.
• Close sales transactions and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to verify satisfaction and facilitate service department referral.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A drive to set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
