Virtual Management Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Spanish Bilingual Telemarketer to support outbound sales and lead generation efforts. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients in both Spanish and English, helping drive business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The position focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting using proven scripts and processes, with training provided to ensure success.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow established scripts and outreach processes
- Present services clearly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads
- Maintain accurate call logs and records
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Background or knowledge in insurance products such as Commercial Auto, Home Insurance, Personal Insurance, Life Insurance, or Medicare (a plus, but not required)
- Experience working in a high-volume calling environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets
