A rapidly growing neurovascular medical device company is expanding its presence and looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to drive territory growth across Arizona and surrounding markets.
The ideal candidate combines strategic sales execution with strong clinical and procedural expertise, while confidently supporting physicians and hospital customers in the field. This role is best suited for someone entrepreneurial, relationship-focused, and motivated by building long-term business growth.

- Provide interventional case coverage and clinical expertise
- Drive territory growth by expanding existing business and uncovering new opportunities
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while supporting overall business objectives and KPIs
- Develop customer loyalty, retention, and long-term account partnerships
- Support onboarding of new accounts and assist with VAC process initiatives
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, product usage, and competitive activity within accounts
- Maintain organized territory planning, account management, and reporting activities
- Educate healthcare providers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or another related equivalent discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience within regulated healthcare environments
- Has existing relationships in the neurovascular space
- Confident supporting physicians during procedures and case coverage
- Demonstrated year-over-year sales success
- Strong technical and clinical aptitude
- Ability to thrive within entrepreneurial or growth-stage companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
