Overview

As a Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM), you are responsible for generating new business through targeted customer acquisition. Your commission structure is designed to reward successful development of new, qualified accounts.

Qualified Customer Definition

A “Qualified Customer” is defined as a customer that meets all of the following criteria:

  • Achieves a score of 0.7 or higher based on FLANDERS' ICP rating model
  • Is not currently assigned to an Account Manager or under active account management
  • Has conducted less than $50,000 in total business with FLANDERS over the preceding two (2) years
  • RBDMs will be assigned specific Qualified Customers to target in alignment with FLANDERS' ICP and growth strategy
  • Only assigned or approved Qualified Customers will be eligible for commission under this plan
Commission Structure
  • You will earn a 4% commission on all qualifying orders from a Qualified Customer
  • Commission eligibility begins with the first purchase order (PO) received from the customer
  • The commission period will continue for twelve (12) months from the date of the first PO
  • There is no cap on commission earnings under this plan
Large Deal Allocation
  • Any individual deal with booking revenue exceeding $2,000,000 will be reviewed and commission allocation determined by Management
  • Management will consider factors such as deal origination, level of involvement, and cross-functional contributions when determining commission distribution
Account Transition
  • At the conclusion of the 12-month commission period, the account will transition to the Account Management team
  • Exceptions may be made based on business needs, customer dynamics, or strategic considerations, as determined by FLANDERS leadership
Commission Payments
  • Commissions are calculated based on invoiced revenue and are paid monthly, in accordance with standard payroll practices
