Focus on Advisory, Not Assembly
We invite experienced Multifamily Investment Sales Advisors to join our team. Here, you focus on strategy. TMG handles execution friction.
- Your time is dedicated to client strategy, pricing, and positioning decisions, and structuring optimal outcomes.
- The platform manages underwriting for each deal, marketing production, buyer outreach, and transaction coordination.
Advisors at TMG gain a competitive advantage through our proprietary shared intelligence platform, which offers firmwide visibility and replaces information silos with actionable data:
- Proposal Pipeline: Active proposals surfacing motivated capital early.
- Exchange Velocity: Active 1031 capital currently in escrow.
- Market Data: Shared access to on-market assets and active offers firmwide.

- Specialized Execution: Dedicated teams for underwriting, marketing, and research.

- Smart Capital Matching: Identifying buyers by profile, timing, and intent rather than guesswork.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Real Estate and Sales experience.
- Track Record: Minimum of 3 closed transactions in the past two years.
- Licensing: An Active Real Estate License is REQUIRED (Broker’s License preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
