Position OverviewWe are seeking a full‑time Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Mesa, Arizona.
This role is focused on converting inbound leads into customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and helping guide them toward the right solution for their truck, budget, and intended use.
This is not a high‑pressure sales role. We believe in educating customers, building relationships, and helping people make informed decisions.
Responsibilities- Respond to inbound phone calls, text messages, website inquiries, and social media leads
- Qualify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and packages
- Create and send quotes
- Follow up with open opportunities
- Schedule showroom appointments
- Conduct product walkthroughs and demonstrations
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Assist customers with financing and deposit options
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support warranty and customer service inquiries when needed
- Represent the MSJ Offroad brand professionally both in person and online
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable using CRM software and technology
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Strong follow‑up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Automotive, truck accessory, off‑road, RV, powersports, or outdoor industry experience
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of trucks, overlanding, camping, hunting, or off‑road equipment
- Experience with Shopify, CRM software, or customer management systems
- Base Salary + Commission
