GrabSpotAZ is looking for a results‑driven B2B Field Sales Representative to spearhead our market expansion in Arizona. Unlike traditional residential canvassing, this role focuses exclusively on building strategic partnerships with local businesses. You will walk into storefronts, offices, and industrial hubs to speak with business owners and decision‑makers, identifying how GrabSpotAZ’s suite of services can streamline their operations and drive their bottom line.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Strategic Prospecting:
Execute a high‑volume "boots on the ground" strategy to identify and qualify B2B leads within your assigned territory. - Decision‑Maker Engagement:
Navigate gatekeepers to reach business owners, GMs, and stakeholders. - Consultative Discovery:
Conduct on‑site needs assessments to understand business pain points and present GrabSpotAZ as the primary solution. - Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold‑drop to closing and account hand‑off. - CRM Excellence:
Maintain meticulous records of business interactions, follow‑ups, and contract statuses using our CRM platform.
- Business‑oriented mindset:
You understand that business owners value time and ROI, and you are professional, punctual, and articulate. - Relentless hunter:
You have "day one" energy and view a busy business district as a goldmine of opportunity. - Excellent negotiator:
You handle complex objections and adapt your pitch to different industries (Retail, Hospitality, Medical, etc.). - Autonomous worker:

- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer‑facing role (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs/quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday during standard business hours.
- Uncapped earning potential – high‑performing reps can exceed their base pay.
