With a commitment to exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and long‑term client relationships, the organization continues to experience significant growth and is looking to add a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to its Mesa, Arizona team.
This role offers the opportunity to join an industry leader with a strong market presence, an established operations team, and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that create long‑term value for commercial property owners, facility managers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship‑building activities
- Conduct roof inspections and site assessments for prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, service agreements, and maintenance programs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Coordinate project handoff and communication with Production and Project Management teams
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts within the CRM system
- Track opportunities throughout all stages of the sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships
- 3-5+ years of roofing sales experience
- Strong B2B sales experience within commercial construction, building services, roofing, or related industries
- Proven success developing and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer activity
- Account management and customer retention experience
- Understanding of roofing repairs, maintenance programs, service contracts, and reroofing projects
- Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Knowledge of estimating processes and project workflows
- Experience responding to RFPs and bid opportunities
- Existing network within commercial real estate, property management, or construction markets
- Base salary + Uncapped commission potential
