Members Sales & Service Specialist - North Gilbert

We seek someone confident, energetic, positive, and enthusiastic, with a passion for customer service and building relationships with teammates and members. You will be a Member Sales & Service Specialist (MSS), helping the Studio Manager connect with prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members.

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls, answering the phone and returning messages the same day; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, via text or email.
• Conduct facility tours while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and assigned KPI’s.
• Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Smile often.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Comfortable speaking publicly to groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with ability to achieve membership, retail and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Capable of working harmoniously as part of a team.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations.
• Reliable transportation to studio and occasional offsite events.

• Starting at $15.15 per hour plus commissions and free classes.
