Member Sales & Service Specialist – Overview

Please note, we are looking for a long‑term employee who can grow with our organization and become a part of our community. THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL ROLE.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, energetic sales professional who loves people, sells Pilates, and builds relationships with new and existing teammates and members.

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls, returning all communications the same day and escalating issues as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all studio clients, in person, over the phone, via text or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
• Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Smile frequently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text message.
• Comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Adaptability and evolution in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Normal hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
• Reliable means of transportation to the studio and for occasional off‑site events.

• Starting at $15.15 per hour plus commissions and free classes.
• Additional compensation from commission paid on sales.
