• $60,000 – $200,000+ per year earning potential
• $3,000 monthly guarantee available
• 7–8 days off per month

• Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Present pricing, financing, and purchase options
• Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales experience

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Retail sales, customer service, or commission sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
