Overview
Bluegreen Vacations is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team for a face-to-face sales role inside Bass Pro Shops located in Mesa, AZ. This position is money motivated, energetic, and determined to be successful.
A Day in the Life- Utilize your personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers, creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
- Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
- Use negotiation skills to close deals and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
- Sales Representatives working 30 hours a week earn on average $50k-$80k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire). Weekend shifts required.
- Includes guaranteed $16/hour base plus eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week.
