this could be the right fit if you:

• 2 years of roofing sales experience
• established book of business or center of influence
• generate opportunities through relationships with realtors, property managers, builders, hoas, adjusters, homeowners, or commercial contacts
• consistently close business and outperform expectations
• want the freedom to grow your income based on your own performance
• value your reputation and build long-term client relationships
• want the backing of an established roofing company without being micromanaged

your earning potential is driven by your production. Top performers can earn $100,000–$300,000+ annually
