Department: Pickleball

Reports To: Director of Pickleball

• $20.00 per hour
• Membership Sales Commissions
• Growth opportunities within one of Arizona's fastest-growing pickleball facilities

You'll be responsible for leading the front desk team while creating exceptional guest experiences and helping grow our membership community.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and inspire the front desk team
• Welcome every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Create meaningful conversations that build relationships
• Conduct membership tours and educate guests on membership benefits
• Convert prospective guests into members
• Ensure reservations, waivers, payments, and check-ins are accurate
• Verify all court reservations are properly charged or have an approved Test Lunch credit applied
• Promote lessons, clinics, leagues, round robins, King of the Court, events, food & beverage, and retail
• Coach team members on hospitality standards and guest service
• Monitor membership leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Partner with the Director of Pickleball to continually improve the guest experience
