• Grow & Develop Business
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect, develop, and win new business opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing timely, competitive quotes and outstanding customer service.
• Purchase inventory directly from mills and wholesalers to support customer demand.
• Maintain accurate customer activity using CRM tools.
• Drive Results
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Help develop competitive pricing strategies in a fast-moving commodity market.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate Across the Business
• Partner with sales, operations, and finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate logistics and order fulfillment to ensure customers receive outstanding service from quote to delivery.

• 2+ years of sales experience (lumber, building materials, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred) We will train on our specifics!
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems and technology

Uncapped Commission:
On-Target Earnings of $100,000+
