This role involves managing a diverse book of business, assisting senior account managers, and delivering top-notch service to clients in a fast-paced yet enjoyable work environment.

• Salary Range
  : $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience

• Provide full-service account management from A-Z for a book of business with at least $500,000 in revenue ($5-7 million in premium).
• Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing accounts, including construction and generalist accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate servicing of policies, including renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required).

• Licenses/Designations
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a book of business of comparable size.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
