Customer Success Associate – B2B SaaS

Position Summary

VIVAHR is looking for an saas sales representative to join its growing team. VIVAHR is the Recruiting and Marketing Automation system helping home improvement companies recruit and hire more efficiently. If hired, you will be joining the founding sales team at one of Phoenix's fastest growing tech startups. In this role you will use inbound and outbound sales techniques to sell complex cloud-based software to small and medium-sized companies.

You will work closely with the marketing and software teams to help maximize our growth. Your responsibilities will include using consultative selling techniques to sell hiring solutions, building a list of potential VIVAHR customers, assisting in inbound marketing efforts, proposal creation, and demoing the software.

We have helped small business owners hire 100k roles and looking to to hit 1M filled positions within 2 years.

• Assist in onboarding new Pros, ensuring they know how to use the platform and how our product and services can support their business needs
• Serve as the primary customer advocate from the start of the client's partnership with us throughout their lifecycle
• Take ownership of customer requests through various support channels and follow problems through to resolution timely and accurately
• Present updates, feedback, or customer stories at team or company meetings
• Report potential fraud or quality issues to the fraud & compliance team
• Act as a primary feedback vehicle by sharing insights and feedback on the client sentiment with marketplace features
• Assist other teams with ticket volume, as needed
• Perform online and live demonstrations of the software and services
• Help build the overall culture and brand value of VIVAHR by collaborating with our internal team and continuously looking for innovative ways to grow the company

• 2 years working in a Customer Support or Customer Success role
• At least three years of sales experience as a top performer
• Experience working with CRMs, email marketing, and other cloud software
• Knowledge of the recruiting and hiring technology a plus
• Amazing communicator with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand
• Experience and understanding of home service professionals a plus
