Job Description

Tucson Hot Tubs is looking for an energetic, motivated sales professional who loves working with people and wants to earn an exceptional income.

• Help customers find the perfect hot tub for their home and lifestyle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from the first greeting through the final sale.
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
• Build relationships that turn shoppers into buyers.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
• Stay busy between customers by prospecting, following up on quotes, and completing daily tasks.
• Work as part of a friendly, supportive team.

• A proven salesperson who enjoys closing deals.

• Self-motivated and money driven.
• Comfortable juggling multiple customers at once.

• Organized and able to manage follow-up with multiple prospects.

• Comfortable using a computer, email, and CRM systems.
• Available to work weekends.

• Retail sales experience
• Commission sales experience
• Home improvement, furniture, appliance, RV, automotive, or luxury retail sales experience is a plus—but top sales performers from any industry are encouraged to apply.
