seeking Emergency Dispatch Specialists to join the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Mesa, AZ. The GSOC operates as a 24/7 emergency services and business communications hub supporting Security, Fire Operations, and Emergency Medical Services. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and operations.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring strong decision-making, multitasking, and communication skills in a crisis-response environment.

• Variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and predictable attendance required

• 1+ year experience as an Emergency Dispatcher in an Emergency Communications Center (ECC), Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), Security & Fire Protection, or Emergency Medical Services environment
• Experience multitasking in a critical or crisis-oriented team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple sound sources simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience
• Prior experience in security or emergency services dispatch environments

• Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) training provided
• Completion of classroom and on-the-job training is mandatory
