Location: Mesa, AZ (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Overtime: Up to 10 hours/week based on business needs

The Boeing Company is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Specialist to join its Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Mesa, AZ.
The GSOC operates 24/7/365 and serves as a critical emergency response and communications hub supporting Security, Fire Operations, and Emergency Medical Services across the United States. This role is essential to ensuring the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and process emergency calls while dispatching and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels in a high-volume environment
- Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions in accordance with established procedures
- Initiate required notifications and coordinate emergency response efforts
- Accurately document incidents using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, high-stress environment
- Support training initiatives and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Deliver professional, calm, and empathetic customer service during crisis situations
- Make critical, real-time decisions with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- 1+ year of experience as an emergency dispatcher in an Emergency Communications Center (ECC), Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), or similar role (Security, Fire Protection, or EMS)
- 1+ year of experience multitasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Training:
Completion of classroom and on-the-job training is required - Work Environment:
High-intensity, mission-critical operations center - Relocation:
