Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel regarding incidents and patrol observations;
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
