Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities;
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and local responders while supporting a professional and welcoming environment
