Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured entry points, or conditions requiring attention.;
Complete accurate reports, logs, and shift documentation regarding access activity, incidents, patrols, and observations.
